Arx Pagus is a small Gorean Role Play area, based in the virtual world of Second Life.

We are a rural themed SL Gorean village based around a small Inn/Tavern and farming village set in the wilds of Gor.

The role play area has been designed as a small permanent Gorean settlement, where ALL traveling Goreans can pass through from time to time on their way to other parts of Gor.  By creating something different than what has been the norm in SL Gor, we tried to make a feasible setting, which would enliven and enrich everyone's role play experience. 

I think we have all had it occur to us.  Pledging to a Homestone, which after a time, just becomes monotonous.  We see the same people day in and day out. We RP the same thing time after time. And, frankly, some of us become bored with routine.  Are personal storylines end up going no where.   Arx Pagus was designed to relieve some of the tedium and allow others to come in for a time and add zest and life back into their role play.

We do not ask you to pledge to our Homestone; BUT we do ask  you be respectful when in Arx Pagus and treat the place as if it were your Homestone.   Also, we ask you join the Arx Pagus role play group in order to share information and future events with you.  You will need the tag in order to use many of the amenity provided here.  

For those of you looking for a more permanent place to become part of, we do have some permanent RP roles available in the Arx Pagus Village.  However, you should be aware...

• Roles are all low caste.
• You cannot be well-to-do or rich here.
• Requires participating in the G&S Role Play system.   
• NO personal prims allowed.
• Required to RP with ALL those who visit the area.
• Looking for a quiet, laid-back place to RP with a small group.
• Can live with No Raids
• Can live with No Combat
• Can and will commit to spending your time in Arx Pagus
• Traffic numbers may be few and do not matter to us
• Where Quality wins out over Quantity.

We are about ROLE PLAY in Arx Pagus and not all the extraneous work that often goes on in many SL Gor sims.  

We believe in a person's honor, loyalty, integrity, taking personal responsibility, and respect of others is more than empty words or dead concepts.

We are low-key, drama-free, and relaxed RP area and we intend to keep it that way.
